I may post finished pieces on my media accounts as examples -- let me know if you do not want this

You are NOT allowed to send any commissioned art from me to other artists, or yourself, to marginally edit, draw over, or similarly.

Use for icons, banners, etc. is permitted with credit.

I reserve the right to decline any commission or client for any reason.

If you decide to cancel, I do not offer a refund. However, if I am unable to complete your commission, I will refund.

Any art I create cannot be used for training AI. Using my art for this reason or for any other reason that intends to remove me from my created art will have you blacklisted.

I request payment after confirming the sketch.

I am open to communication about any issues

You are able to cancel a commission before payment/confirmed sketch and you will not be charged -- However you are NOT able to take any sketches I've sent you to another artist or to use yourself for ANY use.

Please communicate with me any difficulties with payment; any delays, worries, etc.
